Mq doesn't seem to quite grasp the trouble BP is in.

Imagine an arsonist who successively burns down a mailbox, a doghouse, a shed, and a house. While on probation for these crimes, he burns down a major hotel. The authorities can drop the hammer administratively, based on the priors...

OTOH, BP may be considered TBTF. We'll see.

We each have our own observed reality Elroy. Perhaps yours is an objective reality which anyone can observe and confirm.

"Official" reality doesn't make something real. There were once heresy trials.... intended to enforce the correct reality such as a Vatican centric cosmos.
