Thanks. I'm not surprised that only industry (might) have the expertise ... that was what they promised governments to have all along. I'm leaning towards the relief well scenario at this point ... if all that magic chit were working, we wouldn't be having such a dearth of information about what's going on in real time. But a couple more months at who knows how many barrels a day ... how much that adds up to might be very important from an investment standpoint, imo.
