I am not going to say what is fair or unfair but only that they are over represented.

The wonderful civilization you and I are enjoying is brought to us by a very small group of White, Euro Males. Of whom a very high percentage are Jewish. Glad they were around.

There is over representation and there is under representation. I'm not going to do the math, but you could include Men, Women, Blacks, Hispanics and Gays in the mix. Our representatives aren't assigned or appointed, people vote them into office, and there isn't a darned thing we can do about that.
