Only in the Silicon Valley

We officially listed our house on 11-7. Just had an open house. Looks like multiple offers above asking are comming in. We meet with a buyers agent this evening. BTW: The selling price is $100K more than we paid only 1.5 years ago.

I think I am going to quit engineering, get out of stocks, and start buying and selling houses. This is unbelievable :-)
