I watched Larry King' show yesterday and agree with the former Shell exec that the folks at BP and the FED need to bring in super tankers to trap the oil as soon at it comes out and not wait for it to hit the beaches. This was reported last week on the Internet but apparently the American folks busy with the spill must have ruled it out since "it was not invented here." Not sure what political and legal forces are in play here, but a simple action such as this can significantly minimize the impact of the accident.
