Hi People: ASND announced that their COGS is going to be reduce by 10-20% to be in tango with price erosion. Let us monitor the employment #s in their web-site. If it is growing rapidly, then we can conclude that their people are hitting the road. Though this research is not conclusive, it will give us an idea and feel for the company. Regards Kumar.

George you know as well as I do that Ascend or any company would never make a public statement that their employees are running out the door. This is information you need to dig for. Can I give you names? Yes. Will I? No. Are there ways you could verify this? Absolutely. I'll point you in general direction of a problem but I will not be able to reveal where I get my info from. Sorry :-( G.Richmond, That story about loss of employees was absurd. Salesmen with poor product knowledge were probably BOOTED out the door most likely. Ascend has what? 400-500 Mil CASH! No problem! cashing payroll checks? And anyone who has a job in the tech industry loves those stock options! Code warriors have the most perks! JJ
