no john roy is right..your math is suspect. lets speak in percentage terms: the most a shorter could make on jot is 100%......but if they come through with a nice deal you cou7old lose, what, 200, 300, 400, 500%.... treacherous to short a dollar stock, to say the least....almost kinda stupid unless you had inside info.

Man, now I am firmly convinced you just don't understand English....Firstly I responded to a post re: Why someone would short a $1 stock like JOT....it was early in the morning.....my MATH was wrong......I DON"T SUPPORT SHORTING JOT>>>>>>>I AM LONG ON JOT>>>>>I Personally have NEVER shorted a stock......It's NOT MY Game......I was just explaining that people can and DO Short $1 stocks.......Simple as that......As far as navigating the WEB......I don't have a clue what you're talking about......If you are referring to the time I clicked on a hyperlink provided here and couldn't locate it on my server because the URL was WRONG I will state again, I just clicked on it, I didn't analyze it......after I LOOKED at it I saw the mistake.........Pleeeezzze forgive me......and please READ before you speak.........Peace
