A trillion here a trillion there for the US economy. Adding more years doesn't change the ratio. You keep making reasonable arguments against the claim that the spending was "small" full stop, either failing to realize that the question is "small compared to the US economy", or pretending that your arguments do address that point. Which is it from you, lack of understanding, or pretense?
