You do realize he was one of the architects of Social Security? As far as being 'inarguably an expert', he was a classical economist. They were in decline then, and I seriously doubt if you could find any now. Like most of your absolute statements like this, is it far from indisputable. "Not you and the leftwing nutcases." So most economists are nutcases? Never knew...
