You really don't get it, do you? I keep thinking you're playing but maybe you really are not.

This country has had at least 30 years of misinfo fed to the American public about our dependency on oil. The Rs have fought long and hard to prevent the proper taxation of oil.....taxation that would permit Americans to break their dependency......like Europe has done.

If it takes a massive oil spill in the GOM, as painful as that is, so be it. This addiction to oil is bigger than any other problem facing this country........bigger than our budget deficits.
