Yes to most of your questions. My one question should actually be a very easy question for a public company to answer, whether there is 1 division or 1000. I work for a public company (as was my last employer). We can tell analysts or shareholders 3 months in advance the exact earnings release date. It is established by the audit committee or the board at their meeting for the prior quarter. It is not a mystery or a qustion that should be answered "We don't know" BTW, I didn't "blast" the company for having no PR. I merley stated that they need to improve it and learn that now that they are a public company, there are certain expectations. Can you imagine if an analyst called them and asked that question and was told "we don't know"?. Don't think they would get a very rosy report. My only point.
