yeppers. you'd think it was the whole coastline. or least 100 miles. And Jindal wants people out of the way? as you said on VFC, just start saying what you gonna do, and do it. no way he truly wants BP and the Feds out of the way, then he'd have to deal with it, which he seems as incapable of doing as was the LA govt during/after/still-now Katrina. we might not be the greatest shakes in MS and AL but somehow we seem to function better at such times as these. Maybe we should take LA over as a protecorate. they could have one non-voting person in Congress, like Guam and others.
