....but Bush had been failing leading up to Katrina; Obama has not. MMS failed to do it's job. On the contrary, MMS was involved in bribes and other improper acts. And Obama needs to take responsibility for the federal agency. That is is failing and it is synonymous with the Bush Administration's failure to prepare and pre-warn before Katrina. No one knew it was Bush's Katrina moment until well after the disaster occurred in NOLA. Same here. It is now Obama's moment to show what he is going to do and how he is going to respond after the oil h as reached the shore. That was my point in the post. The nation is waiting to hear.
