I seen that video before and in my opinion, they both are at fault. They were both cocky. My father was friends with lots of police in my city and they always warned my father about the boarder cops. They can tear your car apart and you have no say in the matter. We went to Disney Land back in 1977, and coming back into Canada, the Canadian boarder patrol pulled our family over for inspection. My mother and father and 3 kids, my dad looked like a cop, short hair, could not figure out why we were targeted for inspection but they looked through all our luggage and all over entire car. I remember that quite well. My father was very polite with them cause he knew the power they had. After they finished their inspection they let us go on our way.
