Carville has been this way for years. He worries about how things play politically.

yes, now he is concerned about his homeland, but MMS has been a mess for years and therefore the threat there for years, but rather than be an activist for change within it to protect LA, he goes on CNN talking about how things play politically. that's why I consider him a hazard.

People in NO have every right to freak out. They do, when they watch CPR on a relative.
People doing the CPR keep their mouths shut and the CPR going.

Teddy, bless his heart, is different. That was the biggest political fuck-up of his career. This spill is his fault, more than Young Robert's. Not as much as BP, tho.
