You can't.


I didn't say that. I said none of it would be done in 4 weeks. First you have to draw up detailed specifications........you just can't go dumping sand into the ocean. Drawing up the plans alone would take weeks. The actual construction time has been estimated to be 4-6 mouths. At this point in the game, the sand wouldn't have even been ordered yet.

Jindal is a very smart fella .... at least as smart as that Hahvahd boy in the WH.

If he's so smart, why didn't he start building the berms last year? After all, the people of the Gulf states must have known the danger having so many rigs offshore posed to their coastlines. Why are we only now talking about berms?
