Sure, that nature can handle modest amounts of oil. Now, it is true that this is more oil going into the GOM waters than nature puts there every year .... and its also concentrated from one point instead of being spread out. But people should know that oil gets dispersed and eaten up by microbes in time.

More oil is seeping out from the ground naturally than the BP oil. Got it?
