tek, one analyst said SE Asia doesn't matter but if SA is in trouble, it could hurt US corporate profits. I guess now they will spin saying "it doesn't matter what happens in the rest of the world, we are immune to all the problems elsewhere in the world." The little guy will be set-up for buying another dip. And then what?

tk, and yet they don't need to borrow anything to short SPY: amex.com
Is it just their ignorance, or they try to dicourage SPY shorting?

schwab didn't have any SPY shares to borrow???? oh-oh. Buy some ryurx instead. better yet, if you're brave, short SCH. It's really overvalued.
