We did all the chem war training - even as a civilian - driving in summer heat and typing with a pencil in full chem gear - what a nightmare.

I had some chem training myself, but it wasn't very extensive at Ft. Jackson. If I had ever been deployed to an area where chem use was a threat (not likely for a National Guard computer operator), then I'm sure I would have had more training.

Still I had enough of it I can agree I wouldn't want to have to drive or type in that gear. Its hot and uncomfortable. Any exertion wears you out quicker than you would expect it to.
