I think the Governor of LA should *tell OboobO* and his BS Denied FED Permits people to "go eat grass", and build the sand dikes anyway. They can always be removed when the oil threat goes away - the same way that the artificial islands were built in Dubai. Pump the sand in - then pump the sand out.... No big deal - a no-brainer (for non-Demoncraps)..!!! The situation is grossly typical of Demoncrap Megalomania*. They want control every damn thing in sight - while having absolutely no acquired knowledge as how to accomplish jack squat..!!! .. If you asked the Kenyan Kid* what a "..top kill..' was two weeks ago, he would have told you it meant "dropping a brick on a 'Mob hit target' from the roof of a tenement on the south side of Chicago"..!!! Now, it's the Dizzy City teleprompter 'buzzword du jour'. Fortunately for Burp-Up, he's got BP to blame for everything while his environmental and oil lease management people are 'resigning' in droves....
