Wait a minute....you're saying that $1000 toilet seats are a symptom of "over-regulation"? Yes, at least regulation rather broadly defined. Things like mil-spec requirements, and complex purchasing rules. So, you're saying that if a corporate boss keeps "tight reigns" on things he'll end up spending more and making less? I'm not even sure I totally understand what you mean by that, but I understand enough to be sure that it is certainly not what I'm saying. It doesn't vaguely resemble any of my comments and it is not implied by them.
