Here's how he could have done it: sell the 809,592 shares given to himself on July 15 and cancel 10,000,000 of his 41,059,593 shares held as of Aug 11. I should have read these old PR's. JB did cancel 10 mill more shares - not sure if this appears in any filings but he PR'd it: 310 Holdings Inc.
