Irrelevant. Her point is that we have unemployment because the treasury isn't sucking enough cash out of the economy. The woman is either mad or drunk.

Most people think of it as the Millionaire/Billionaire club, but it isn't. We do not tax substantial amounts of wealth in this and most other countries

France taxes wealth. Many of their rich move to Switzerland, which does not tax wealth.
