Yep, tonto, that failure to comprehend in '08 has given us the terrible level of incompetence that we're witnessing today -- a glaring case of the chickens coming home to roost. What you fail to comprehend is that an inexperienced community director and politician is doing a poor job of managing which was our concern from the start. He has no experience and hence we are in the crisis mode...
