If a State Employee can be fined for making a speech at a Tea Party, heck....just think how many more can be fired for carrying signs at any protest rally that is trying to encourage people to STOP the High Taxes to pay for Union Salaries of State Gov Employees.... I've actually seen professors from the UofW protesting the protestors who are anti-more taxes.....and on State Paid Time, no less. Can they be fired for this? If so, Good! Automatic attrition and therefore, less taxes....
