"hey Trav, did you happen to catch anything in that Constitution thingie about free speech"

Well, the Constitution framers were fans of Euros like Locke and Voltaire, the latter of which has been quoted as saying, "I may not agree with what all of the mouth-breathing morons say, but I will defend to the death their right to be frickin' idiots."

Travis clearly has authoritarian tendencies.

"it is b/c i, me, myself, proclaim it so!"

you want evidence? i am i and i say so, so say i!

imho, Travis is blinded by the MSM propaganda. they showed him one or two fringe guys who are ready to attack the American government should the government continue to rescind the constitution and he's been misled into thinking that they apply to every oath keeper.

the irony is that Travis will love the rescinding of constitutional right b/c oath keepers is all about following the constitution even when government tries to do harm to americans by breaking it or he actually agrees with the oath keeper position.
