Bush was there seven out of eight years<< The difference: we're at war. It makes a difference because the C-in-C is sending soldiers to their deaths. It would be nice if they are remembered for it (and if he remembers it himself). It would also be "nice" if he lived up to his campaign promises and gets our troops out of Iraq, followed shortly by Afghanistan. We're not going to "win" that one. The Taliban and their ilk will be there forever and we won't.
