"How can you possibly know this?"

I don't know that. I do know that Jindal has not said as much, even in the face of the criticism of his plan. When someone is criticized about not doing something and they refuse to even make a statement that they have, you have to assume that they, in fact, haven't done it.

It could be a wrong assumption. But the odds don't favor it.

"LSU and Tulane are full of people who surely are doing just that. These people are not idiots.'

I never said they were idiots. And they very well may be doing this. But, that doesn't mean that Jindal is consulting with them. Given that he has been challenged on this issue, and has not to my knowledge ever said he was using them as a source, you have to ask yourself some reasonable questions.
