You aren't telling me anything I don't know. Once my wife called the cops after she was assaulted and the cops took the perps side and wanted to charge her with attempted murder(she ran over the ice head's foot when escaping). We only beat it because there were two joggers that witnessed what happened. My lifelong friend was choke holded to death by three cops on Maui. No charges filed. despite 6 witnesses who saw the whole thing saying the cops just grabbed him and threw him to the ground w/o provocation.
