Steve, I believe the outlook for the combined company has been set out on this thread by many others. In short, we now have a large company with a smaller float. Both companies had solid growth and earnings and the synergies between the two should result in a combined company which is better than the sum of the two separate companies. ATPX is in a good industry which should remain strong for the next several years. I can't give you any news, I will leave that up to the company.
