I love veggies.. meals with lentils or chickpeas .. I do not miss the meat :)) Not a vegetarian at all.. but meat intake really has declined for me.. still enjoy it.. but an 8oz stake is more than ample now.. Meat maybe 3x weekly.. love my fish... Message 32105861 And BTW we try in our own diets to avoid nitrates :) Laugh here .. current commercial LOL Load up your kids with nitrates.. a natural sleeping pill :)) How does belching ammonia work ? that mus have some unintended consequences .. Like the time when I was 8.. thought I would clean the floor for my mom.. the more cleaners the better.. Ammonia ? whay not.. Bleach ? everything will look great.. cough cough cough.. I lived.. :))
