No, I think they really want to stop it in hte worst way, but just do not know how.

Can't drill wells that can do that much damage, if they do not know how to stop the damage.

That is sixth grade logic!

Not you, too. They are trying to kill the well. They are required to kill the well B4 this is over. There is no money to be made here. They want the job done so people like you won't go around saying "BP's "solutions" all seem to preserve the flow of oil! Coincidence?" It's self-preservation.
