There are lots of things O needs to be doing. The two things he doesn't need to be doing is politicking in Clownifornia and vacationing in sweet home Chicago.

Unfortunately real estate and finance have become inextricably entwined in politics. So it's on topic AFA I'm concerned. Even the oil stuff if your discussing RE on the gulf coast or Florida.
