Then alea iacta est ... No political leadership.. and people will want the miracle of the loaves and fishes..

Let's see if credit cards are banned after a reset and folks return to layaway.. savings ... living within our means.. if not reset will be reoccurring... leading the US to nowhere..

Actually to reconcile the debt without reset.. will be worse than living within our means in the sense that that term, when the country and its people are not buried in debt, is a much more pleasant thing...

reset will teach no one anything of value.

Picking apples - when the picking is done, the Jamaicans will fly home. The Mexicans stay around and have kids who need to be educated, have medical needs, generate business for law enforcement, etc.

So the Jamaican pay is the all in cost, with the Mexicans, some of the burden shifts to taxpayers - meaning me.

Average manufacturing wage in Washington is about $15 +.

There are people in Washington willing to do hard manual labor.

They work of fishing boats, going after salmon, crabs, etc.

They work their damn butts off under unpleasant conditions.

And they usually get well over $20 an hour.

So Mr. Farmer can either come to the table with Mr. Fisherman, and Mr. Logger, and pay the going rates...

or learn some Bob Marley songs.

Before hey go hungry they will spend all their parents have acquired and saved. So there is still quite some wealth to live off.

Thus real pain is postponed for some years. Obviously some will suffer first. That is, those whose parents have less:

The negroes already started suffering.
