And they picked me over other people higher up in the Department's organizational chart at the time. They picked me and then found a replacement for the job I was doing at the time as associate director of EMS; a program I started a decade earlier. So I did, I did not just talk. And I know the government would do a much better job at containing and cleaning up the oil than BP will. I know that for sure.
