Restructuring NOW makes no sense - is the same as if AIG debt was restructured AFTER receiving TARP

Why not give the Greeks the same chances as AIG received or all the other US banks?

Not restructuring now has it's own advantages aside German and French manufacturing just got speeded up unemployment is lower than in the US - where will all those northern EU citizen spend their vacation? or buy summer homes? Spain Greece and Portugal

The country that is toast IS the US they are going to loose all the workplaces the EU is gaining due to the low EUR
