Thunder and lightning started rolling in over Elwood, south of Chicago, just as the ceremony was to begin.

You cannot fool mother nature.
Obama's fear of confronting mother nature came through loud and clear, so she pressed the attack like any good warrior.

The first lessons our front-line soldiers learned during Vietnam's monster monsoons was skin is waterproof and lightening always hits a 100 or more yards away.

I work in Elwood. One of the locals in town told me roads to the cemetery were stripped down of pavement starting a few weeks ago. Repaved and made better looking than any time in 20 years. Of course the placards showing Obama dollars at work were placed everywhere.
