I wonder how many of the Ontario incorporated JBI, Inc., understand what John Bordynuik did, and I also wonder if he had shareholder approval (required in Ontario) to engage in such convoluted transactions? --Expedite 2 acquired Ontario-based JBI, Inc. and incorporated them in Delaware. Expedite 2 changes their name to JBI, Inc. and 310 Holdings acquires the assets of JBI, Inc for shares of the new company (creates a Nevada corporation JBI, Inc.). Expedite 2 controls the JBII shares issued as payment. John Bordynuik is the CEO and sole shareholder of Expedite 2.
