The credit card debt pay-down may simply be a function of wastrels otherwise not making payment on their 500+ days delinquent mortgage. In a few words, creditor savers are getting shafted big time and side ways

Yes the consumer is deleveraging.. the beginning of living within one's means... and that is great news... Then some doofus analyst puts out a harangue that the US consumer needs to start spending again... sigh...
