the largest maker of solar panels will be out of business by fall, good. Too many toxins in those panels and we are at peak rare metals that they use

I think it is likely that the resourcefulness of BP (not the Obama government) will solve this crisis more quickly than you think.

Of course, Obama will be claiming it was his idea.
