Tropical Storm Agatha is now entirely in the Caribbean.

It has moved over Central America in a west to east direction, opposite the normal direction of the wind currents. However there is only a 10 percent chance, according to NOAA, that it will develop into a tropical hurricane within the next 48 hours.
