The terrorists see the POTUS showing weakness and sense Israels only ally wavering... The information war against Israel is at its highest point and, when the lines between good and evil get erased, you know what is coming as well as I do Hawk.
When Israel stops killing, committing crimes against humanity, ends the blockade against Gaza and ends the occupation, its allies would stand with it. Enough is enough, Israel can't hold the Jews or the victims of Holocaust hostage anymore.

I think Israel is screwing up by not using more non-lethal means, such as pulling ensnaring nets in the path of these ships that would foul the ships rudder and propellers and disable them.

They could also "cap the T" with a larger naval vessel in block their forward progress, but this risks a collision at sea.

I think they've learned that "fast roping" isn't the best means of asserting their blockade.
