If I saw a gang approaching to murder me, I'd defend myself, just like the Israelis did. Britain sank the General Belgrano and rightly so. If people want to deliver aid to people in Gaza, they could go via Egypt which has a border with Gaza. Egypt is Arab and Moslem too so no doubt that would be a successful way if there weren't terrorist bombs rockets and other weapons in the so-called "aid". Hooray for the valiant Israelis. As they arrived on the ship they were attacked and they of course defended themselves. Rightly so. <More boats are coming, let's see if the pirates are confronted with war ships from other countries.> The Israelis should not try to board. Just warn them then sink them. That's what the USA did to Japanese boats in WWII. It's obviously too dangerous to board them as they tried to do [and did for most of the boats]. Let's see if Israel is supported against Islamic Jihad by other countries. The USA has quite a few warships which need some target practice. Are you religious and blame the Jews or what's your problem? Envy of energy and talent? Look at the horrible Gaza which gets free money from the UN and others. Compare it with Singapore and Hong Kong which have had no free money. The problem is the ideology and philosophy of the Gazans. They can change, but they have to want to change. Mqurice

Self defence isn't piracy. The evil-doers were going to attack. They were wolves dressed in sheep's clothing. They were armed and ready to fight and did so and attempted to murder the boarding soldiers who then fought back and won. If people, so-called civilian innocent babes in the wood, attack soldiers with slingshots, steel bars, knives and throwing them overboard, the soldiers will fight back. Soldiers use guns or whatever force is required to subdue the people attacking them. If Ireland and Turkey wish to destroy Israel, they are looking for trouble and will get it. Maybe we could have WWIII. There hasn't been one for a while. Choose sides Israel, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Iraq on one side and Ireland, Turkey, Iran on the other side so far... Be careful what you wish for and what you support. You might think that you can murder Jews but the war to end all wars led to WWII which was a large mess. Mqurice
