How do you think the man FEELS, Dave? He KNOWS Cheney packed the MMS with oil cronies who rubber-stamped EVERYTHING the oil companies asked for.

Then, there's the depression he left us in, still being fought off. Not to mention the two wars in which we've "won" squat.

The man KNOWS he was a loser, and is at least smart enough to keep his mouth shut and his profile low.
