The scientists in the press who describe the plumes say they can't be observed with the naked eye.

Also I didn't say I couldn't see something on the diver pic you posted, but we don't know what that is, where the pic came from, and what the guy was diving in. For all we know, that pic could actually be you in your septic tank.

I don't know that thats a fact. Could be right. Works out to about 18K bpd so its plausible, I guess. Lower than the numbers people h/b throwing around in the press.
