How does this factor into your utopian views?<< i'm not sure what you mean when you say private citizens "create money all the time from debt." i think you might be confusing wealth with money. private citizens can't create money unless they illegally counterfeit it. btw, my view isn't utopian, the current is a ponzi scheme destined for collapse to a 100% mathematical certainty (unless it is changed).
