As a reminder, the problem isn't the cleanup or whether the best oil minds are based in Houston or DC, the problem is an uncapped well in the middle of the GOM that no one seems to have a solution for capping immediately. All this hand wringing and hysteria may make people feel better but it isn't helping the problem.
