I am assuming the deal was completed, however we haven't had any statement released. I basically came up with 500,000 on the fact the company was to earn 2 million for fiscal 1997 and 4 million for 1998. There were a lot of small trades today and no major block trades. If your a small investor and are looking at a stock like JMAR and the way it was trading then its rational to think there will be people who will be selling. Its no coincidence your seeing less volume with the stock under $4. For the last 5 days everytime JMAR started to make a move up there was concentrated selling going on. Also, if we cannot get any of these firms that saw the company this week to do a research report then we have a problem. Myself, there is only 3 months to warrant expiration and I am not going to see these things become wothless without a fight!
