btw, call me crazy but i bought some BP shares at $37.67 per share yesterday. If the dividend holds, it would yield 8.9% per year.

Heard Judge Andrew Nepolitano on FoxNews Channel saying "current law caps oil industry (ie. BP) liability for oil spills..."

Moreover, law night's BBC reports the clean cut of the undersea leaking pipe may enable leak containment within this week. We shall see in the fullness of time.

It would not surprise me that the keystone cops (eric holder & co) have not even read the environmental laws they claim they will enforce against BP as a result of their "investigation".
