LLCF, trickle down makes sense - sometimes. when the economy has too few goods and services.

when the economy has a surplus, trickle up makes sense.

the problem with the goons p*mping trickle down is that they applied it all the time simply because it was in their best financial interest, country be d*mned.

the democrats played along, though - i never heard a single one argue for trickle up in over supply conditions.

right and left in america is as fake as wwe wrestling.
